Did you ever feel intense or stress out by learning anything? While you have this feeling, what would come to your mind? When it comes to learning English or a new skill, ordinary people usually sense pressure. They sometimes want to give up immediately, especially when there’s a goal needing to be achieved, e.g. level up your English skill from present to the next class. In my personal case, whenever I need to work hard on training myself, particularly in an Asian “memorizing” educational setup, I would constantly desire a “memory toast” (a term went viral from a Japanese cartoon called “Doraemon”).

The storyline of Doraemon is based on the expectation of the 21st century where we live. In the Japanese cartoonists’ fantasy, plenty of devices, for example, “Time Machine” and “Anywhere Door,” will be invented in our surroundings by state-of-art technology. Surprisingly, when the renowned and outstanding inventor — Elon Musk revealed his project on the brain chip for building in English into the Human mind years ago, the prediction from the last century seems about to come true.

BUT, do you know what it means exactly? This represents that we could no longer worry about any IELTS tests, language barriers, misunderstanding conversations, and international interviews. What a wonderful world it would be! Although this “Language pill” is still not on the market officially, many articles, videos, and tests are conducting. Namely, we can enjoy the gifts from a new expectable technology again soon, which will undoubtedly change our lives.

Even though some people might consider it negatively, comprising side effects and safety issues, I still believe this is another crucial evolution for human beings. Also, it might be the next new normal. Imagine that if everyone from different cultures can understand each other in the same language, it could assuredly eliminate the differences and bring us to a new stage with fewer conflicts and misconceptions, making this world much more peaceful shortly. At least, it can help international students a lot.
